The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to guide a portfolio of technology-enabled transformation programmes across functions, geographies and delivery partners. The role will help translate strategy into practical roadmaps, align senior stakeholders and support investments in delivering clear commercial, customer, regulatory and operational outcomes. It will maintain thoughtful oversight from business case through delivery, transition and benefits realisation, with close attention to resilience, compliance and continuity.

Your responsibilities:

• Shape transformation roadmaps, programme scope, milestones, governance, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Coordinate digital, data and technology initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity, enterprise applications, SaaS, Salesforce and SAP.
• Support migrations, legacy remediation, application modernisation and operational transition while maintaining continuity.
• Select suitable agile, DevSecOps, product-led, waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches according to programme needs.
• Maintain proportionate programme controls, assurance, risk management, escalation and concise executive reporting.
• Support the recovery of programmes requiring additional attention by refreshing plans, clarifying responsibilities and rebuilding alignment.
• Coordinate regulatory, security, resilience and recovery initiatives with business, technical and external partners.
• Bring together stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, procurement, legal, risk and compliance.
• Guide supplier performance, commercial discussions and integrated delivery across partner ecosystems.
• Support strategic bids, pre-sales and solution shaping with practical, outcome-focused commitments.

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience -

• Strong experience of enterprise transformation, strategic portfolio leadership and full-lifecycle programme management.
• Knowledge of digital, data, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise application transformation.
• Understanding of operational resilience, technology recovery, regulatory delivery and programme risk management.
• Experience of governance, assurance, dependency management, financial control and benefits realisation.
• Commercial awareness with experience of contracts, suppliers and delivery partners.
• Experience of engaging executive stakeholders and communicating complex matters clearly and concisely.
• Experience of guiding multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to support programme recovery, issue resolution and considered decision-making.
• Knowledge of agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, product-led, waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of data centres, on-premises systems, cloud, SaaS, identity, Salesforce and SAP.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience -

• Experience of bid support, pre-sales consultancy and professional-services solution shaping.
• MSP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, or comparable senior delivery experience.
• Exposure to software, licence, technology-asset and specialist-service governance.
• Experience of working across finance, procurement, legal, risk and compliance functions.
• Understanding of investment submissions, portfolio prioritisation and value-for-money considerations.
