Programme Executive

Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.

Ensure that programmes meet standards and achieve desired client engagement outcomes.

Implement new programmes or services based on the needs of service users.

Conduct programme evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Identify areas for enhancement and initiate necessary improvements.

Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.

Manage programme budgets and resources.

Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline

Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
