Programme Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Executive to manage CSR, education, community engagement, training, and social impact programmes from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate programme activities, schedules, budgets, resources, and logistics
• Liaise with clients, funders, schools, partners, trainers, and participants
• Coordinate programme teams, tutors, facilitators, venues, materials, and equipment
• Monitor programme progress, attendance, KPIs, risks, expenditure, and deliverables
• Conduct site visits and ensure programmes meet the required quality and compliance standards
• Maintain programme trackers, records, supporting evidence, and documentation
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, evaluation findings, and final reports
• Resolve operational issues and escalate significant risks or changes to Management
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, consent, and data-protection requirements
• Support programme evaluation, improvement, communication, and closure activities

About you

• Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing CSR, education, training, community, or social impact programmes
• Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple activities
• Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours when required
