SUMMARY: As a Programme Executive, you will take end-to-end ownership of programme strategy, complex capacity modeling, and financial governance for high-stakes enterprise projects. You’ll lead senior leaders, manage branch/functional budgets, and optimize resource allocation to transform strategic vision into measurable business outcomes.

POSITION INFO: The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Methodologies & Governance Enterprise Programme Management (PgMP / PMP / PRiNCE2 framework) Strategic Planning & Organizational Behavior Theory Financial & Operations Management Multi-Branch & Enterprise Budgeting Capacity Planning & Resource Allocation Modeling Financial Accounting Principles & Regulatory Compliance Must-Haves Track Record: 12-15 years in large-scale project/programme environments, with at least 3-5 years in senior management roles. Certifications: PMP or PRiNCE2 certification, plus Programme Management certification (PgMP). Leadership & Capacity: Proven experience building capacity models, driving financial strategies, and holding senior leaders accountable. Nice-to-Haves Education: MBA, Senior Management Programme (SMP), or equivalent Post-Graduate/Honours degree. Transformation & Culture: Experience implementing divisional Employment Equity (EE) and transformation plans. Key Responsibilities (Keep it brief) Drive Portfolio Capacity & Financials: Model capacity requirements across the full project portfolio, aligning resources and branch budgets directly to Nedbank's strategic priorities. Lead Strategic Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of complex programmes while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
