Programme Executive, Dharma Education

The position plays a key role in supporting the administration and operations of the Dharma Education Department (DED) to further the Monastery’s Dharma propagation objectives. The incumbent will be involved in the end-to-end planning, coordination, implementation and execution of adult Dharma programmes and projects, oversee volunteer engagement and management, and coordinate logistical and administrative support to ensure successful programme delivery.

👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 Your Role:

• Plan, coordinate and execute Dharma programmes and activities
• Assist in overseeing the departmental programmes and initiatives to ensure smooth operations
• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support for the department activities
• Coordinate and manage volunteer engagement, deployment and related matters
• Support and participate in the Monastery event(s)
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health guidelines

📚 What You Bring:

• Qualification: Diploma and above
• Year(s) of Experience: Min. 2 years of work experience. Candidate possessing project / event management work experience will be of an advantage
• Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Attention to details, Planning and coordination skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work on weekday evening(s), weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s) if required
• Possess adequate Buddhism knowledge will be of an advantage
