Programme Manager, London, England, Hybrid/Office-Based, 6-Month Contract

Introduction

We're looking for a Programme Manager to lead a complex, strategic programme for a global interactive entertainment business. Working across international teams, you'll bring structure, clarity and momentum to a series of interconnected projects, helping turn business priorities into actionable plans.

The Opportunity

You'll lead the discovery phase of multiple projects, working closely with Operations, Commercial and IT teams across the UK, US and Japan. From project planning and resource forecasting to costing, governance and senior stakeholder reporting, you'll help build the foundations for successful delivery.

You'll have the opportunity to shape ways of working, identify process improvements and bring people together around shared goals. Your work will help define priorities, delivery phases and milestones, preparing the programme to move confidently into execution.

About You

You're a strategic, commercially minded Programme Manager who feels at home navigating complexity and bringing global, cross-functional teams together. You'll bring experience in:

• Leading large, complex projects and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Project discovery, scoping, resource forecasting, costing and budget tracking.
• Working with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and international teams.
• Risk management, process improvement, change management and executive reporting.
• Project management tools, delivery methodologies and clear, engaging presentations.

Experience with ERP or SAP implementations, supply chain, operations, logistics, large-scale systems or consumer technology would be a plus. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required, and a PMP or comparable certification is desirable.
