Your tasks

• Ensure a first-class experience for our MBA students in relation to programme delivery, academic administration and student support

• Professional and service-oriented accompaniment of MBA students during their studies

• Support and assist lecturers in administrative and academic matters

• Continuously develop processes to ensure the highest quality standards

• Degree in economics, social sciences, international relations, service or event management, and/or practical experience in one of these fields

• Ideally, previous experience in higher education

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is an asset.

• Strong organisational and communication skills enable you to effectively coordinate complex processes and collaborate with different stakeholders

• Based in St.Gallen, willingness to work on Saturdays and travel to Zurich and other course locations as required.
