Senior Programme Manager – Procurement Transformation

12-month day-rate contract | South Dublin | 2–3 days onsite

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide Procurement Transformation programme for a leading organisation in South Dublin.

This is a high-profile, strategic transformation currently in the pre-design phase. The focus is on reviewing existing procurement processes, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working, and introducing greater automation and technology across the function.

A key part of the programme will be the implementation of a new procurement orchestration platform, which you will take ownership of once the pre-design phase is complete. There will also be a smaller ServiceNow rollout running alongside the main programme.

You’ll have significant exposure to senior Procurement and Finance stakeholders, as well as responsibility for managing and selecting external vendors and technology partners. This is a role where strong stakeholder management and commercial/vendor experience are just as important as core programme delivery skills.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong Senior Programme / Project Management experience in a complex enterprise environment
• Proven experience delivering Procurement transformation or procurement technology programmes
• Background within consumer goods, FMCG or B2B manufacturing
• Strong experience in vendor selection and vendor management
• Experience leading process improvement, automation and technology transformation
• The confidence to engage with senior leaders across Procurement, Finance and Technology
• Experience taking programmes from discovery/pre-design through to implementation
• A strong track record managing complex, multi-vendor programmes
