Programme Officer

*Depending on the candidates' qualifications, work experience and suitability, both the Programme Officer and the Senior Programme Officer positions are considered to be hired.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠  ⁠Conducts administration works for our programmes.

• ⁠  ⁠Monitors and reviews the syllabuses and progress of our existing and new programmes •

• ⁠  ⁠⁠Communicates with instructors and/or students

• ⁠  ⁠⁠* For SENIOR position, strong leadership skill and multi-task capability are required

• ⁠  ⁠Assists in school activities and other ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• ⁠  ⁠University graduate or above
• ⁠  at least ⁠2-year work experience or above (* at least 4-year work experience ⁠⁠For SENIOR position)
• ⁠  ⁠Good communication skills and pro-active
• ⁠  ⁠Good computer skills (e.g. Mircrosoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc) 
• ⁠  ⁠⁠Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
