The role Working as one of two Programme Schedulers, you’ll help maintain the integrated programme schedule and provide a clear view of key dates, milestones and dependencies across the programme.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, regional stakeholders and key vendors to make sure schedules are aligned and there is one reliable version of programme dates.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Tracking key milestones, dates and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Working with Project Managers to keep schedules accurate and up to date
- Identifying scheduling conflicts, risks and interdependencies
- Working closely with key vendors on joint planning and integrated schedules
- Coordinating scheduling across multiple regional stakeholders and delivery partners
- Co-leading the month-end schedule reporting process
- Providing schedule information for Steering Group and Governance Board reporting
- Providing stakeholders with accurate schedule information for their own reporting
- Helping programme leadership understand upcoming milestones, dependencies and potential impacts to delivery
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll bring around 5-10 years’ programme planning/scheduling experience, ideally gained on large, high-value and complex programmes.
- You’ll be confident working across multiple projects, vendors and senior stakeholders and be comfortable challenging dates and assumptions when needed.
- Strong relationship skills and a high level of EQ are important. This isn’t just a role maintaining a schedule-you’ll need to work with people across the programme to understand what is happening, identify where dates and dependencies don’t align, and help keep everyone working from the same plan.
If you’re an experienced Programme Scheduler who enjoys working on large, complex programmes with significant dependencies and stakeholder engagement, we’d be keen to hear from you.
