Programme Scheduler

This role provides visibility of the programme schedule as well as traceability of milestones​ and ensure there is one version of truth in relation to programme dates. This role act as a gatekeeper for the Programme master schedule​ and play a critical role in managing programme interdependencies.
 
The role is a key liaisons with the vendor for all things timing and navigates the complexity of scheduling. The Programme Planner/Scheduler role is  a key liaison point for the programme in relation to dependencies across project streams, this is critical with 40+ vendors across the entire programme that require management. 
 
We seek the following experience:

• 5-10 years' experience in scheduling and delivery of high-value, complex programmes, coupled with a broad-spectrum understanding of integration environments spanning software, hardware, business processes, service operations, and transition activities.
• strong systems thinking
• stakeholder management capability

This is an engagement through to June 2027 and is a Wellington based role
