Programme Support Executive | Pasir Panjang | 1 Year | $2800

• Support grant and/or claims processes e.g. Following up with companies on/ checking of supporting documents and eligibility criteria;
• Support planning and execution of industry events e.g. development of EDMs; managing the mailing list, signups and follow-ups with registered participants; collation and preparation of post-event surveys and feedback.
• Support tracking of project status and progress e.g. data entry of company particulars and attendance
• Support company meetings e.g desktop research of companies for preparation of admin/ meeting briefs

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Process oriented, organised and proactive self-starter
• Excellent use of software tools such as MS Office, Excel
• Preferably with 3 years of working experience
• Good written and spoken communication skills, and presentation skills
