About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programmer to join our team at Target On-Line Financial Ltd in Central District. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing innovative software solutions to support our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable software applications
• Write clean, well-documented code in line with best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
• Continuously improve our codebase and development processes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Programmer in web-based application development
• Proficient in Java, Javascript, SQL, Linux and Google GWT
• Good understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in AI Agent development would be an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
