Programmer

• Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam
• Convert engineering drawings and 3D models into machining programs
• Select appropriate tooling and machining parameters
• Simulate and verify toolpaths to prevent collisions
• Support CNC machinists during setup and production
• Optimize cycle times and improve machining efficiency
• Maintain program documentation and revision records

Requirements

• Proficiency in

Mastercam

for creating CNC programs.

• Ability to generate 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis toolpaths (depending on this role)
• Strong understanding of CNC milling and turning operations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
• Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, workholding, and machining strategies.
• Experience with CNC machine controls such as

FANUC, Siemens CNC, or Haas Control.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to improve productivity and quality.
