Programmer

• Read technicaldrawings and set up the machines in accordance with the blueprints
• Use computersoftware to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly
• Responsible ofsetting the machine to meet the First Article base on the customer drawing,tolerance and dimensions
• Perform qualityassurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
• Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
• Choosing and loading the correct tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly
• Trouble shoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
• Perform basicmachine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening
• Responsible of providing and guide the operators on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs, and to use the gauges to check the critical dimensions for all parts.
• Manage NPI and RFQ
