What they need
Machine Setup & Operation: Load material sheets, install and adjust lenses/nozzles, align fixtures, and select assist gases or laser parameters (power, speed, focus)
Programming & Editing: Select, load, or minorly edit CNC programs (using G-code or vector/CAD-CAM software like CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator depending on the shop)
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify tolerances against technical drawings
Material Handling: Move raw and finished metal sheets or parts manually or using hoists/forklifts
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily routine checks, clean optical components, resolve minor machine or software hiccups, and report major mechanical faults.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
