Programmer // Full stack // Multiple Roles

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support system implementation and maintenance for mission-critical enterprise applications. You will work closely with internal users and external vendors to ensure system stability, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with users to define functional requirements and oversee the full testing cycle, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage and coordinate with vendors for outsourced application system development.
• Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for multiple systems, including a data warehouse platform.
• Perform troubleshooting, incident diagnosis, and timely resolution of programming issues.
• Design, develop, and enhance programs for new and existing application systems.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Essential Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Java, and JavaScript programming.
• Preferred Framework: Hands-on experience with Java Application Framework (e.g., Struts) – at least 24 months of relevant experience required.
• Working experience with/in government department is highly desirable
