Programmer (Java)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain web applications and backend systems using Java and React
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful technical solutions
• Enhance system performance and user experience by working closely with business users and IT teams
• Participate in requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment
• Work closely with different parties to identify and implement new features

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• 1 year of experience in software development (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also be considered)
• Knowledge of web application development using modern frameworks and MVC architecture
• Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, RESTful APIs, and SQL databases
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React ecosystem
• Understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
