Programmer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in the design, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven business solutions for enterprise clients across various industries.

This is a client-facing role within a consulting environment, offering opportunities to work on digital transformation initiatives, CRM implementations, workflow automation projects, business analytics solutions, and emerging Agentic AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Build business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI.
• Participate in system integration and API development with internal and external platforms.
• Assist in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Work closely with consultants, business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and user training.
• Support the development and implementation of AI-powered and Agentic AI solutions, including workflow automation, intelligent assistants, knowledge management, and business process optimization.
• Explore and leverage Microsoft AI technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and AI Agents to enhance client solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to project deliverables.

Requirements

• Tertiary Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 1-3 years of experience in software development, CRM systems, or enterprise application development.

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Dataverse

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and business users.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and business domains.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
• Exposure to Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or related AI technologies.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or AI solutions.
• Experience working in an IT consulting, system integration, or client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud services is an advantage.
