About the role

A Software Engineer / Programmer role focused on developing and maintaining applications while leveraging AI coding tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate development workflows and improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications by leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• Perform testing, debugging, and code refactoring effectively.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of systems are maintained.
• Analyze, test, and critically validate AI-generated code before production deployment.
• Provide precise, context-rich technical prompts to AI tools to generate accurate and relevant code.

About you

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer / Programmer.
• Experienced in using AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Tabnine, as well as LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Able to provide precise, context-rich technical prompts to generate accurate code.
• Strong foundation in programming logic, data structures, clean code principles, and system architecture.
• Understanding of data privacy risks, licensing considerations, and security vulnerabilities associated with AI-generated code.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
