What they need
We are seeking a proactive Junior Developer eager to jumpstart their career using an AI-first mindset. You will collaborate with senior architects to build modern applications while using AI tools to boost your daily coding, testing, and learning.
Key Requirements & Mindset
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years working experience
- AI-First Mindset: Experience for using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Technical Stack
- Backend: Foundation in Java (Java 17+) and Spring Boot basics.
- Frontend: Basic experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Core Tools: Familiarity with Git, IntelliJ IDEA, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Concepts: Awareness of microservices, REST APIs, and Docker containers.
Soft Skills
Adaptability: Passionate about learning new tools and adapting to evolving AI-driven development workflows.
Languages: Fluent in English and Putonghua.
Travel: Occasional travel might be required.
