About the role
Join The Singapore Scout Association (SSA) for a 2-month internship supporting youth programmes, national events, and central operations.
Key responsibilities
- Help coordinate venue setups, prepare event materials, and support execution at Scout campsites and external venues
- Handle basic data entry, document formatting, and correspondence using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Assist with setting up Zoom meetings and webinars, alongside basic PDF and document preparation
- Interact with members, volunteers, and the public by responding to general enquiries via phone and email
About you
- Current Polytechnic or University student welcome!
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, or basic design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a bonus
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and ready to jump right in
- Able to commit to a 2-month tenure with a Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule
- Willing to travel to offsite event venues and campsites (Sarimbun Scout Camp)
