Position/Title Programming Preschool Coordinator

Full Time 40 hours

| SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

| MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Partner with Kids Ministry Team to plan Wednesday and Sunday Programming as well as large events.

· Partner with families in the discipleship of preschool children.

· Recruit, train and shepherd volunteers.

· Research, plan and prepare age-appropriate weekly Bible lessons and activities for children ages 3 to 4 years of age.

· Prepare and maintain safe, inviting and age-appropriate environments.

· Uphold and enforce the Safe Sanctuary Policy of Mt. Horeb Church.

· Required working presence at Easter, VBS, Christmas Eve and other large volume events as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.
