Program/Operation Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Scope: Taking the manufacturing project as the entry point, independently be responsible for the process improvement, manufacturing technological or quality issue resolution of the factory. Subsequently, be fully responsible for the overall management of the factory's production and operation, establish a standardized production and operation system, and coordinate production planning, capacity delivery, on-site management, cost control, equipment operation and maintenance, safety production and continuous improvement. Implement lean production, standardized operations, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement systems, coordinate across departments such as engineering, quality, procurement, and supply chain, ensure the achievement of core indicators such as factory safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency, lead the operation team to complete the annual business goals, and establish a modern manufacturing operation management system that is compliant, efficient, and stable. Responsibilities:

• Independently responsible for the improvement and execution of manufacturing projects, including but not limited to top customer business growth and satisfaction, workshop ergo and workload reduction, build-in quality discipline, welding BFPY, welding flow and flexibility, etc.
• As a factory operation and management leader, ensure production delivery and planning management, including coordinating the factory's production plan, scheduling production based on order demands, capacity loads, and material conditions, balancing all resources, ensuring that the on-time order delivery rate (OTD) meets the standards, and reasonably controlling the production rhythm and capacity utilization rate.
• Lead the lean production of the plant under responsibility and continuously improve CI projects, applying lean/6 sigma to eliminate production waste, enhance per capita efficiency, equipment utilization rate (OEE), and production capacity output.
• Review the bottleneck problems in the production process, output improvement reports and implementation plans, establish a long-term improvement mechanism, and accumulate standardized operation processes.
• Work closely with the broad team to strictly control the process quality, manage the process defect rate, rework rate and scrapping rate.

Take the lead in conducting root cause analysis of batch quality anomalies and process-related issues related to customer complaints, promote process optimization, on-site rectification, and the establishment of prevention mechanisms to prevent the recurrence of problems.

• Work with the equipment team to coordinate the daily inspection of production equipment, tooling fixtures, and special equipment, and establish a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system for all staff. Assist in managing abnormal equipment shutdowns, reduce failure rates, enhance the overall equipment efficiency (OEE), and ensure the stable and continuous operation of production lines.
• Ensure the safety production management system, implement safety training for all staff, eliminate work-related injuries, fires and equipment safety accidents, ensure that the factory's EHS indicators meet the standards, and abide by safety production regulations. Standardize the management of hazardous waste, workshop environment, and operational compliance, and successfully pass government inspections, customer audits, and system audits.
• Regularly review the organizational structure of the operation team, be responsible for daily management, performance assessment, skills training, and team building. Establish a positive team atmosphere, implement standardized job responsibilities, assessment mechanisms, and reward and punishment systems, and enhance the comprehensive capabilities of the team.
• Integrate technology/manufacturing engineering, , quality, procurement, warehousing, and supply chain to collaboratively address issues related to process implementation, material delivery, technical changes, and quality anomalies. Undertake the operational standards, process systems and improvement requirements of the company, and implement all operational management policies of the company. Skills/Competencies:
• Proficient in lean tools, independently leading special projects for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement in the factor.
• Familiar with ISO9001 quality system, safety production norms, manufacturing cost accounting and control logic.
• Possess extremely strong on-site problem-solving skills, overall planning capabilities, cross-departmental collaboration skills and stress resistance.
• Good business English skills, and be able to handle English reports, system documents and meetings. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Integration, or related fields. 2. 8+ years operation management experience in machinery manufacturing industry, 3+ years equivalent management experience in American-funded manufacturing factory. Familiar with US-standard lean system, factory audit rules and standardized operation management.
• Familiar with mechanical manufacturing processes such as mechanical processing, sheet metal, welding, and assembly, and understand on-site process control, equipment management, and cost improvement. Job Success Factors
