The position demands careful monitoring of project scope and deliverables to maintain progress and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. - Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and lessons learned. - Drive project documentation and reporting to maintain clarity and accountability throughout the project. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements to support project objectives. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing expectations across multiple teams. - Proficient in using tools and techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, and management. - Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable project deliverables. - Ability to assess and prioritize requirements to align with strategic goals and resource availability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
