📢 WE’RE HIRING | Program / Project Manager – Automotive Seating Systems

📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra

💼 Experience: 5–10 Years

💰 CTC: ₹10–18 LPA (up to ₹20 LPA for exceptional candidates)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automotive seating programs from RFQ to SOP .
• Lead New Product Development (NPD), program launches, and the complete project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Tooling, and Production teams.
• Manage OEM customer requirements, reviews, engineering changes, and escalations.
• Drive prototype builds, product validation, tooling readiness, production trials, and SOP readiness.
• Ensure project delivery against Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Timing (QCDT) targets.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

✅ Direct experience in automotive car seating / seating structures

✅ Program or project management in NPD and product launches

✅ Hands-on knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA

✅ Experience managing OEM customers and cross-functional teams

✅ Knowledge of IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and risk mitigation

✅ Experience managing programs from RFQ through SOP

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with experience in automotive seating manufacturing and OEM program execution will be preferred.
