Key Responsibilities:
● Program Coordination: Assist in the preparation, logistics, and implementation of MAC’s core programs, including scheduling, outreach, and tracking participant engagement.
● Event Planning: Support the coordination of in-person and virtual events including workshops, seminars, and conferences. Help with event setup, registration, and post-event follow-ups.
● Communication & Outreach: Help develop and distribute promotional marketing materials, email updates, and social media content to raise awareness about upcoming programs and events.
● Data Collection & Reporting: Track attendance, gather feedback, and assist in preparing reports on program impact and outcomes.
● Volunteer & Partner Support: Coordinate communication with program volunteers, guest speakers, panelists, and community partners.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
● Passionate about community empowerment and equity for Black and underserved communities.
● A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and collaboration.
