Arina Catering bünyesinde Ankara Yenimahalle lokasyonunda başlayacak yerinde yemek üretimi projemizin operasyonel, idari ve kalite süreçlerini yönetecek Proje Müdürü arıyoruz.
Aranan Nitelikler:
- Üniversitelerin Gıda Mühendisliği veya Beslenme ve Diyetetik bölümlerinden mezun,
- Catering ve toplu yemek sektöründe en az 5 yıl deneyimli,
- Tercihen yerinde üretim projelerinde yöneticilik yapmış,
- Günlük üretim, yemek dağıtımı ve servis operasyonlarını yönetebilen,
- Personel vardiya ve görev planlaması yapabilen,
- Maliyet, stok, fire ve porsiyon kontrolüne hâkim,
- HACCP, ISO 22000 ve gıda güvenliği uygulamalarını bilen,
- Müşteri ilişkilerini ve proje koordinasyonunu yürütebilen,
- Ekip yönetimi, problem çözme ve raporlama becerileri gelişmiş.
