Project Accountant and purchaser

• Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timely financial reporting.
• Manage project-specific accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling expenses with project budgets.
• Develop and maintain accurate project cost tracking systems, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast project expenditures and manage cash flow effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project accounting and procurement, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and vendor management principles.
