Global Project Maintenance Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Project Maintenance Analyst to support project setup, project maintenance, customer creation, and contract-to-cash processes across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring project information is accurately maintained, consultants can charge time correctly, clients are billed accurately, and revenue is properly recognized. If you have experience in billing, project accounting, accounts receivable, and ERP systems such as Oracle, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project setup requests to ensure appropriate approvals, signatures, and contract terms are in place.
• Create and maintain project codes within the system.
• Process project updates, changes, and maintenance requests from the business.
• Perform peer reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of project records.
• Analyze and resolve project-related exceptions and discrepancies.
• Generate and validate exception reports and perform necessary corrections.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing, Project Accounting, or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience using Oracle ERP or similar ERP platforms.
• Understanding of accounting and contract-to-cash processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reviewing contracts, approvals, and financial documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Shared Services, Global Business Services, or BPO experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
