Salary: Based on experiences and working exposures.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Property Development operations.
2. Experience in project administration and basic accounting.
3. Familiar with project documentation, progress claims, invoices and payment records.
4. Good communication and organisational skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
6. Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle project administration and documentation.
2. Assist with invoices, payments, progress claims and accounting records.
3. Maintain proper project filing and records.
4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant parties.
5. Provide general administrative and accounts support.
6. Any other duties as assigned.

Location: Damai, Luyang, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
