Project Admin Assistant

· Record the document and keep with record all site materials .

· Assist in purchasing for required material within project period

· Responsible for watching over the site overall.

· Be able to deal with cross functional team and understanding about cultural

· Prepare daily/Weekly project site report, data dashboard to line manager

· Check site survey and allocate assign person within project schedule

· Prepare checklist for site inspection of QC StagBe able to deal with cross functional team and understanding about culturable

· Daily report back to Project Manager for daily jobs done and ideal at site area.

· Must be able to travel if necessary.

Job Requirements

· Any bachelor’s degree or a related Diploma.

· Able to read technical drawings.

· Strong sense of interior construction and communication with mall negotiation

· Safety is a key issue that needs a lot of attention during working at site

· Able to communicate with contractors , supplier , landlord and mall respective team for necessary area.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Salary - up to 600,000 MMK

Office Hour - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Working Days – Monday to Friday (Saturday Alternate)

Location - Ye Tagon Tower, KyeeMyinDaing Township, Yangon.
