Project Admin

• Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Support project teams in scheduling, procurement, and correspondence.
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, and teams regarding project updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Management/Business or any related field.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel & Word. Knowledge of Autocount is an added advantage.
• Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in an electrical/construction or similar administrative role is an added advantage.
• Candidate with experience/exposure to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
