PROJECT ADMIN

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate project activities with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Track project progress, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Assist with preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and claims.
• Maintain accurate project data and update trackers regularly.
• Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and project matters.
• Arrange meetings and prepare minutes when required.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly filed and updated.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project administration or coordination is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
