Project Admin

About the role

An Admin Project role focused on administration and management of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely coordination across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administration and management of project documents
• Prepare, input, and archive project-related documents
• Create and manage periodic project administration reports
• Monitor attendance data, timesheets, overtime, and personnel administration needs for the project
• Assist in preparing documents for PO, invoice, BA, BAST, and project supporting documents
• Coordinate with project team, finance, HR, procurement, and other relevant parties
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents before submission to relevant parties
• Monitor project schedules and administration requirements
• Assist in procurement processes and administration of project operational needs
• Organize and maintain project database and documentation

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Admin Project or other administration position
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Good administration and document filing capabilities
• Thorough, organized, disciplined, responsible, and able to work with targets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Preferred experience in administration for IT projects or Managed Services
