PROJECT ADMIN

About the role

This role involves managing and maintaining all project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and related files. You will implement and manage document control processes to ensure project information is accurate and easily accessible, while coordinating distribution to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update all project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and other related files
• Implement and manage document control processes to ensure all project information is accurate and easily accessible
• Coordinate the distribution of project documents to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and other communication materials
• Provide administrative support to the project team, including arranging meetings, managing calendars and organizing travel plans
• Work closely with the project team to identify and implement improvements in document management processes
• Conduct regular checks on the document management to ensure everything is up-to-date and in compliance

Requirement:

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business or any related field
• Experience in property/construction is an added advantage
