Project Admin

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Admin to support our project operations. The role involves managing project documents, communication, and coordination between the site and head office. The Project Admin helps ensure smooth daily operations by keeping records updated, tracking procurement and manpower, and assisting with reports.

Responsibilities :

• Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the project and site teams.
• Handle project information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure all documents follow company and client procedures.
• Help prepare project reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Bahasa
• Monitor contract documents, variations, and communication records.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for document submission and tracking.
• Support site logistics and maintain smooth office operations and communication.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in a Similar Role
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Good understanding of construction documentation workflow and project reporting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
