Salary Package: Basic $3000 - $3300

Working Location: Benoi

Working Hours: 5day work (Office hours)

Responsibilities:

• Raise and process POs, engine orders, indent approval forms and vendor orders.
• Prepare (SSF), dealsheets and tax invoices.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping arrangements and shipment tracking.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery and completion.
• Process Principal/vendor invoices and verify accuracy.
• Compile and submit required documents, test reports and certifications to customers/Principals.
• Manage end-to-end project administration, including budget revisions.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure timely submission.
• Compile tax invoices and supporting documents for the Sales team.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Project, Logistics and Principal teams.
• Manage high-volume emails and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Admin Supervisor

Requirement:

• Degree or diploma in business admin or relevant discipline preferred
• 1-2 years experience in an administrative role is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• No experience welcome, training provided
