About the role

This role involves scheduling and recording regular meetings, creating and updating workflows, and preparing documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders. You will track expenses and forecast future costs, monitor project progress, address potential issues, and coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements. You will measure and report on project performance, act as a point of contact for the project team, and facilitate communications. Ad-hoc duties may be required on site according to project needs.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative and minutes meeting, especially in construction industry
• At least a Diploma in Business Admin/Engineering/Language Linguistics
• Bilingual
• Based at office (East Office)
