What they need
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from inception until handover.
Prepare and submit progress claim to main contractor within the stipulated time frame.
Follow up with main contractor on the issuance of certification
Prepare and manage project-related correspondence, report and paperwork and ensure they are current, properly filed and stored.
Requirements
- Minimum with 1 year of experience in Construction
- Great knowledge of Ms Office and Ms Excel
- Mature and can work independently
- Expected Start Date: Immediate
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
