Admin support for Project Engineer

• Handling SQL system in performing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, Delivery Orders.
• Performing administration duties in maintaining filing systems, handling deliveries of documents through courier, printing and scanning computers, and data entry.
• Handle daily administration tasks for the Project Department.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure deadlines are met as per vendor/customer/client requirements for every project.
• Support the project team in any administration duties and database.
• Support project team in preparing training materials for vendors/customers/clients.
• Interact with the project team on project activities status by daily/weekly.
• To handle engineering project documentation assigned by the project engineer if needed.
• Monitor stock stationery for the project team uses.
• To perform any duties related to the project assigned by the supervisors and when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Certificate in a related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Based in HQ (Kajang, Selangor).
