Project Admin

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Collect and consolidate site information, manpower records, material / equipment usage, diesel tracking, and other operational data.
• Perform data entry for Work Orders, Delivery Orders, timesheets, and project-related documents.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, site personnel, and other departments to obtain the required information.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records.
• Update project trackers and schedules promptly.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations Department.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Relevant administrative or project support experience is preferred.
• Experience in the construction or civil engineering will be an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and communicate with both office and site personnel.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
