Job Description & Requirements

Possess

experience in ACMV Project Administrative

Day-to-day admin function of the department.

Answering phone calls related to project enquiries.

Coordination and communication between HOD and project team.

Provide administrative support for project managers, engineers and to various inter departments.

Preparation of quotations or OMM report required by project team.

Follow up on invitation for minor work tender and Request for quotation (RFQ).

Maintain documents archiving system for hardcopies and filing into server.

Assist to monitor project costing and budget

Manage schedule meetings for project team.

Preparation of LOA to sub-con

Consolidate data for monthly reporting.

Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager/HOD or superior.
