Project Admin Coordinator

Up till $2800 basic + Variable Bonus

Work Location: Woodlands

Work time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Established Singapore-Based Construction and Design & Build Contractor

Exposure to Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects

Hands-On Experience in Project Coordination and Documentation

Involvement in Procurement, Site Coordination and Project Administration

Job Description:
Maintain and manage project documentation, records, correspondence and document control.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams on project matters.

Arrange project and site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.

Update project schedules, progress trackers, status reports and handover documentation.

Assist with procurement, quotation comparisons, purchase orders and supplier coordination.

Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries and site requirements.

Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices and other commercial documents; assist with payment follow-ups and expense tracking.

Coordinate permit applications, PTW, authority submissions, inspections and compliance documentation.

Prepare project-related emails, letters, reports and submissions.

Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
O level & above

1 year relevant experience
