Project Admin/ Drafter

Job Summary

Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Manage client communications, prepare quotations, and coordinate materials and subcontractors. Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to support project execution and assist management with operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project and design teams to deliver work on schedule and maintain quality standards

Attend weekly meetings to report and update site progress

Consolidate outstanding tasks and summarize project reports for management review

Manage email correspondence and maintain clear communication with clients

Assist the manager in handling project and operational matters to ensure smooth workflow

Prepare quotations and source or place orders for materials and subcontractors efficiently

Create and modify project drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp to support design and construction needs

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager to support project completion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in civil, architectural, or design-related fields

Ability to work independently while managing multiple subcontractors and suppliers

Strong knowledge of renovation and carpentry skills

Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
