Project Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily project activities and administrative operations
• Manage project documentation, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes
• Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks and action items
• Prepare project status updates, presentations, and reports
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related activities
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records
• Track project timelines and support timely project delivery
• Assist with procurement, invoicing, and project administration processes
• Escalate project issues, risks, or delays to relevant stakeholders when necessary
• Support Project Managers in coordinating resources and deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
