Project Admin Intern

• Assist in coordinating and tracking ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating with different departments and stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Follow up on project action items and provide updates on progress.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations and other relevant documents.
• Support the team in organizing project meetings, events and related arrangements.
• Assist with data collection, analysis and preparation of reports for project discussions.
• Assist in maintaining proper records and filing of project-related documents.
• Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with different departments.
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to take on new responsibilities.
