Project Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for project and site operations, including coordination with the Project Manager and subcontractors, while managing worker documentation,
• Prepare, organize, maintain, and manage project documents, drawings, records, and filing systems, including support for progress claims, tenders, proposal and client submissions.
• Perform general office administrative duties, including professionally handling and directing incoming phone calls, emails.
• Handle project enquiries and follow up with clients, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Perform other project and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Project Administrative or Construction related Field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF handling tools. Familiarity with construction project documentation and coordination processes.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
