Project Administration Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow up on the procedures regarding the arrangement of imported labour
• Handle clients’ enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform data entry, document filing, scanning, and record maintenance
• Undertake occasional outdoor duties as required
• Carry out ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

• F.5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in HR‑related functions or in handling imported workers is an advantage.
• Responsible, detail‑minded, self‑motivated, and pleasant personality
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and English & Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Project Administration Officer
