Project Administrative

Tasks & responsibilities

• Day-to-day admin function of the department
• Answering phone calls related to project enquiries
• Coordination and communication between HOD and project team
• Provide administrative support for project managers, engineers and to various inter departments.
• Preparation of quotations or OMM report required by project team
• Follow up on invitation for minor work tender and Request for quotation (RFQ)
• Maintain documents archiving system for hardcopies and filing into server
• Assist to monitor project costing and budget
• Manage schedule meetings for project team
• Preparation of LOA to sub-con
• Consolidate data for monthly reporting
• •Other add-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager/HOD or Superior

Requirement:

• Fresh grad with relevant Bachelor Degree or Diploma are welcome! At least minimum of GCE 'O' Levels or Nitec/Higher Nitec
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good written and spoken English (and often Mandarin, for dealing with Chinese-speaking clients/vendors)
• Organizational and multitasking ability
